Ingredients for pork with mushrooms and vegetables in the oven:

  • pork - 300 g;
  • champignons - 10-12 pieces;
  • frozen vegetables ("Mexican mix") - 150 g;
  • potatoes - 6-8;
  • onion - 2 pcs .;
  • lemon - ½ pcs .;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs .;
  • allspice - 3 pcs .;
  • sweet red pepper - 1 tsp;
  • French mustard in grains - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - to taste.


Recipe for cooking pork with mushrooms and vegetables in the oven

Products that are necessary for making a recipe stew in a pork sleeve with potatoes, mushrooms and vegetables.

Fungi gently cleaned of dirt, if necessary, update the cut on the leg (skirt removed at will) and quickly wash them under water so as not to absorb a lot of moisture.

Meat is also washed out under running water and then with a paper towel, dried and mushrooms and pork.

Cut the pork in medium pieces.

Next, pour the frozen vegetables on a sieve and within a few minutes (2-3) leave them in warm water. Then we wash and drain.

We take a large bowl with high sides to make it easier to mix, and add mushrooms and pork meat to it.

Add seasonings: salt, red pepper, bay leaf and allspice.

Mix all ingredients and cover with cling film. We set aside to marinate for 40-50 minutes or more.

During the time that meat is marinated with mushrooms, we peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Sprinkle potatoes to other products and mix them thoroughly.

We take the sleeve for baking, fasten on one side and pour out everything from the bowl. Then we fasten the other side and spread on a baking sheet. Turn on the oven at 180ºС and bake the dish for 60-70 minutes.
