Cooking friedpork, baked in mustard in a frying pan
First, prepare the meat for roasting. To do this, it should be thoroughly washed and divided into pieces of medium thickness. Carefully repel each piece to make the meat softer and more tender. Then divide the lime into several parts and squeeze the juice, evenly distributing it over the whole meat. Let the pork soak for some time.
Now take the mustard and grease it richly with each piece of meat on both sides.
Give it a little more insistence so that the taste of the meat is more tender. You can also rub the pieces with salt or your favorite seasonings, put rosemary or mint.
Slice the cheese into medium pieces in an amount equal to the amount of meat. For our dish is best suited semi-hard cheese, for example, Gouda.
Following this, heat the deep frying pan over low heat, add some vegetable oil to it, and then place the prepared pork. Fry the meat on both sides for 30-35 minutes. After the last time you turn the pieces, put the sliced cheese on top of them, so that it is slightly melted.
