As a big lover of chocolate desserts, I occasionally indulge myself and my loved ones with my favorite chocolate and nut pudding. A jar of such delicacies can be bought in the store, but homemade chocolate pudding according to this recipe from the photo goes not only delicious, it also does not contain any harmful additives, and its taste is much richer.
I cook chocolate pudding with the addition of grated nuts, in my opinion it turns out to be even more delicious. But it is quite possible not to add nuts, if they were not at hand or there are non-lovers of this product in the family.

So, to make chocolate pudding you will need (in two portions):
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 tbsp. spoon of powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. cocoa spoon
- 1 tbsp. spoon of starch
- 4 slices of chocolate
- handful of hazelnuts
Chocolate pudding preparation method:
For cooking pudding, we need warm milk. Heat it up and pour it into the bowl.
Now add to cocoa milk, powdered sugar and starch. Stir quickly to avoid lumps. By the way, when cooking desserts instead of the usual potato starch, I use corn.
Chop the hazelnuts on a fine grater and add them to the bowl. Instead of hazelnuts, you can also take almonds or walnuts. Or even omit this moment.
Pour our mixture into a small saucepan and set on low heat. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. It will take 3-4 minutes.
At the very end, when the pudding is almost ready, we drop into it a few cloves of our favorite chocolate — bitter or milky. Stir to melt the chocolate and the pudding becomes homogeneous.
