  • ground parsley root - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • Italian herbs (or other favorite seasoning) - 1 pinch
  • parsley - a small bunch

Cooking chicken giblets soup with beans

To facilitate and speed up the cooking process, soak the beans in cold water overnight.

In the morning, drain the water and set the beans to boil, using this time to prepare other products for the soup.

Chicken giblets thoroughly washed in cold water, it is advisable to briefly leave them in water, and then discard in a colander to liquid glass. At the request of the giblets can be cut into smaller pieces.

After the beans have boiled a little, add chicken giblets to the pan, add a little, throw the bay leaves. After the next boiling, reduce the heat to medium.

Carrots, peeled and washed, rubbed on a grater with large teeth, and onions cut into cubes or half rings.
